December 5th

Low-carb dieting.....is all about preparation!

breakfast: fried eggs, sausage links, spinach (I love spinach)

lunch: baked salmon, spinach

dinner (not pictured): ground turkey with taco seasoning, shredded cheese, on a bed of romaine lettuce with a dollop of sour cream (yummy)


  1. Containers like these would help soo much, where did you get yours?

  2. you can get these in any grocery store (got mine from kroger) in the same aisle as the foil and ziploc bags. I've even seen them in the dollar store. Shouldn't cost you more than a few bucks. This diet would be impossible without them!
