weight: 241.4------>inching EVER SO CLOSELY TO THE 230s!!!!!

breakfast; Carbmaster yogurt, coffee with cream & splenda

workout: ran 1 mile

lunch: rotisserie chicken thigh and 2 wings, 1 cup spinach

I'm down 12 lbs now and although its going excruciatingly slowly, i'm just glad its going down and not up! i didn't gain any holiday weight over thanksgiving so i'm excited about that. once i reach 25 lbs I'm gonna announce it on my blog. keep up the good work, i'll be cheering you along!!!
