weight: 241.4------>inching EVER SO CLOSELY TO THE 230s!!!!!

breakfast; Carbmaster yogurt, coffee with cream & splenda

workout: ran 1 mile

lunch: rotisserie chicken thigh and 2 wings, 1 cup spinach


  1. just caught up on your last few posts, good job!!! I'm down 12 lbs now and although its going excruciatingly slowly, i'm just glad its going down and not up! i didn't gain any holiday weight over thanksgiving so i'm excited about that. once i reach 25 lbs I'm gonna announce it on my blog. keep up the good work, i'll be cheering you along!!!
